Subject: Exemption Notice for Internal Examination

This is to inform all Paramedical students (BMLT, BMRIT, BOTT, BPT, B.Sc. Microbiology, B.Sc. Optometry, etc.) that the Internal Examination will be conducted as per the academic calendar.
Students who are unable to appear in the examination due to medical reasons, official college representation, or other genuine circumstances may apply for an exemption by submitting a written application along with valid proof to the Examination In-charge / Class Coordinator within two (2) days from the date of this notice.
Important Instructions:
- Exemption will be granted only after verification and approval from the concerned authority.
- Students who fail to apply within the given time will be marked absent in the internal examination.
- If approved, a make-up test will be scheduled later as per the department’s decision.
All students are advised to take this notice seriously and comply with the given instructions.
