Subject: Exemption Notice for Internal Examination
Date: 24/10/2025
This is to inform all B.Sc. Nursing / GNM / ANM students that the Internal Examination will be conducted as per the academic schedule.
Students who have valid reasons such as medical issues, official representation of the college, or other genuine circumstances may apply for exemption from the internal examination by submitting a written application along with supporting documents to the Class Coordinator / Examination In-charge within two days from the date of this notice.
Please note:
- Exemption will be granted only after proper verification and approval by the concerned authorities.
- Students without prior approval will be considered absent in the internal examination.
- Make-up exams (if approved) will be conducted on a later date as notified.
All students are advised to take this notice seriously and act accordingly.
